Danish leather lounge chair 1970/80s by Nelo Möbel of Sweden
Swedish Dark brown leather lounge chair by Nelo Mobel, 1970s-80s
This soft and comfortable dark brown leather lounge chair is a lovely example of the modern Scandinavian design movement that populated so many homes in the mid century. With leather arm rests that beautifully flex to shape while resting. Easily dissassembles for hassle free moving and is compact and light enough to move to any room if you fancy a change of scene.
The modernist box shape to the chair gives it that simple and stylistic edge without losing any of the expected comfort of a chair of this era and style.
The chair is by Nelo Möbel. Nelo was prominent in the 1970s for the enduring designs of the Kroken leather chair and Panda sofa, designed by Ake Fribytter in the 1970s. This may possibly be a later design of this. Nelo also designed for luxury French furniture brand Roche-Bobois.
A beautiful and comfortable lounge chair which will accentuate any contemporary room
